Decided on a different route to take in some of the local scarecrows that are on display... Discovered lots of road works in area making paths obstacle Courses due to fallen barriers...
So slower time of 40 mins today for photo stops lol...but covered 6.15km so bit further than normal.. actually felt could have gone further too.....hmm should I try for the 10k program 🤔

Sounds like an interesting run! At least the obstacles didn't trip you up! If you've consilidated 5k for a little while, then trying for 10k is a great new goal. I highly recommend Ju-Ju's Magic 10 plan over on the Bridge to 10k forum. You can always lurk in the background if you're not sure yet 😀
