Another lovely run this morning - got the hang of the gate and traffic lights were kind - and just at the end I’ve got a new challenge - two beautiful swans are creating their nest at the edge of the canal I run along... will post pictures of cygnets when they arrive, assuming these two don’t get me first!!

Hopefully you'll be able to outrun them!! We have two feisty geese on the green near home, luckily they don't seem to be earlier risers!!

Yes watch out for those swans, there are a couple on a pond not so far away from me, they are BIG if you get too close !
