Well that's Week Two completed and all going well. I re-watched the Japanese slow-running video and also had a black coffee before venturing out. Not sure about the caffeine but the drink definitely helped - because all I could think about and focus on was my bladder for the entire time 😜
I think it increases from 90 seconds to three minutes next time - roll on Friday !!

Well done MB ... Not seen the Japanese Slow running video will have to search for that one! Yep week 3 is 90s+3m ... I misread my notes and thought it was two lots of 3m together!! Mini panic over!! It doesn't!! Have fun and keep going 😃
Thanks for that ... I will give it a try ... I like to go a bit dare I say faster ... But I can see the benefits of it ... It will probably help me when I go into week 4 😃
