This felt pretty good. After the first ten minutes I found a steady rhythm and it was ok. When Laura suggested speeding up at the end, I considered it for a nano-second (sensibly then deciding not to become too over-confident). Goodbye Week Seven. All I need to do next time is find another three minutes from somewhere. Easy peasy? I'll let you know. Next run Tuesday π
