So what are your future running plans?
I donβt know!!
A few 30 mins?
Try and keep going to 5k and see how long it takes me?
Any tips?
Consolidation on 30 minutes for a few weeks is popular but I like to feel I still have a plan so consider increasing the time running similar to W8 and W9 so...
32 minutes 3x a week (2min extra)
35 minutes 3x a week (3min extra)
Etc.
When you get to 45min continuous running you will definitely be ready to go from the C25K to the Bridge to 10k.
Have fun! Happy running!
Congratulations ChipsAndChocolate itβs a great achievement to graduate. Well done ππ»ππ»π π₯³π₯³
If your looking where to go next, try the Nike Run Club app, I found it really good. Just like C25k you get a coach to guide you through your runs but you choose what you fancy doing, be it time or distance and you can listen to your own playlist too. Plus itβs free π
