I did it! I blooming just did it - week 9 run 3 completed... not fast, not pretty, wouldn't say I actually enjoyed it, but the satisfaction of completing the programme is immense.
There are times when I didn't think I could run for the next 30 seconds, times when looking ahead was scary (don't do it!), times when I thought I would never get out of the week 7 loop I'd got myself stuck in and (most of the) time(s) when I wasn't sure I'd get out the door.
1.5 stone lighter and feeling a heck of a lot fitter, I'm very proud of myself right now.
But I'd love to get to 5k, so please hold my hand whilst I get there...
thank you all very much for your support so far x

That's excellent time! But it's not about that really, is it? You ran for more than 30 minutes!! You did it! You graduated and all!! Well done & excellent!! You'll get to 5k - you're nearly there already!
Brilliant! Well done on graduating....and we are still all here to encourage and support you in that next stage of your running journey! For now though, be happy, be proud and most of all, go and ask for your shiny graduate badge via the pinned post (if you haven't already!)😀🏃🏽♀️
Congratulations! And extrapolating your times - you will be running faster than me when you do hit the 5K and probably a lot more Gazelle-like than my thundering Rhino lope
Of course you will get to 5k, just keep enjoying your running, you can consolidate your 30 mins for a while, try the c25k + podcasts, and will get to 5k when you are strong enough. The important thing is being able to run for 30 mins non-stop though...thats worth celebrating🎉🎉🎉
