I'm totally surprised and grinning like a Cheshire Cat because I just completed run 3 of week 5.. the dreaded 20 minutes! I was pretty certain I was going to fail this one, it just seemed like such a jump from run 2 and I do like my little walking breaks. I was even more convinced that I wouldn't complete it because I'd been wakeboarding right before the run and had paddleboarded for an home and a half earlier on today. But WOW I did it, albeit rather slowly, but I've done it, and even carried on for a little extra to reach a certain point ahead of me. Thank you to everyone for your words of advice and encouragement, it definitely is mind over matter and I'm so excited to carry on with the rest of this wonderful program!

Well done 👍🏼
It seems that this programme has a very special way of surprising us doesn't it? One moment you're thinking I can't run for 60 seconds and the next you're doing 5 mins and then 20!!
... and just wait until you are running for 30 minutes plus!!!
