Good morning everyone!!! Have just done my first 20 minute run! Who’d have thunk it? Decided to do this in the morning and then I’ve got no excuse to say I’ve run out of time or too tired. Can’t believe I actually ran for that long. This is down to my determination but also your wonderful support on here. A very big thank you from me 💋

🎈👏👍Well done Suzie...mornings certainly help me...get up & go without too much thought... 20 mins ... a real runner now! Excellent! Enjoy that post glow feeling all day!!
Congratulations to you SuzieMac on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Well done SuzieMac. For me this was an absolutely massive milestone. Up until then you are walking in between periods of running, but to get to the point where you can keep running for 20 minutes is huge. I'm not saying that getting to 30 minutes from here is easy, but I think you've done the hardest part now.
