Was not looking forward to this one because of the big jump but I’ve just finished it and am unbelievably chuffed!
To anyone not at this stage yet, believe me when I say you can do it too, week 1 run 1 seemed hard at the time for me I was that unfit so to have just run 20 minutes solid would have been impossible in the middle of January!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
Thanks Petejohnson for another W5 R3 success story, and well done you, that is one huge achievement. Good luck with the rest of your runs, you are now well on your way.
It’s an amazing achievement! I remember when I first saw the 20minutes and thought ‘no way it’s too much of a jump in time’ but still managed to do it.
I too thought it would be impossible for me to run 20mins without stopping!
