Don't get me wrong; this was not an easy run. The first 10 minutes were the hardest and I swear there is a space-time continuum issue between 5-15 minutes as the last half doesn't seem anywhere near as long as the first. That said, I tried a different tactic today. I shifted from my usual playlist to some early 2000s trance/dance (not everyone's cup of tea I appreciate). The mixture of songs with a strong and subtle beat surprised me as I was able to adjust my speed as to whether I felt I needed to take it down a notch or if I felt comfortable(ish) to take it up a little. It helped to take my mind off the doubts a little so I was grateful, passing the metaphorical finish line to Follow Me by Lange. At that point, I could imagine myself in a nightclub somewhere with a glow stick in my hand hahaha (showing my age a bit I know π). I hope everyone else's runs go well today π

Brilliant, well done! βοΈ Maybe next time don the neon and some glitter also and it will *really* get you in the zone..! πβ¨ππΌ
It sounds like you've had an experience of getting through the "toxic 10" and out the other side. π
A space time continuum! π I too use trance. But itβs more 90βs as Iβm old.
Definitely not! I love 90s too but was in the mood for some of my faves this morning π
The 90βs were ace for indie. Thatβs really my thing to be honest! Oasis v Blur and all that kinda stuff! I only thought you were about 25, max.
Well done πwe are all getting there π
It's really helpful to read the posts of everyone around the same mark too. So many nice 'me too' moments π
Sooooo well done x music is the key to keep me going π
