So I was out at 7.30 am and completed Wk5R3 I never thought Iβd manage 20 mins running but I actually smashed it and though blimey I feel fitter after having a baby than before so hereβs to Wk6 π€

Woop woop! Congrats on smashing it! I felt a change at the end of Week 5. Suddenly the programme feels much more achievable.
Best of luck with W6R1. It seems to catch a few people out as you have an interval back in the middle of running. Just take it slow and steady and youβll do great π
