So I was out at 7.30 am and completed Wk5R3 I never thought Iโ€™d manage 20 mins running but I actually smashed it and though blimey I feel fitter after having a baby than before so hereโ€™s to Wk6 ๐Ÿคญ

I seem to have lost weight and my legs look so much better but my top half where I want to lose it just doesnโ€™t change even with weight lifting lol ๐Ÿ˜‚

It takes a long rime to lose weight and tone up but itโ€™s constant change and achievement

Woop woop! Congrats on smashing it! I felt a change at the end of Week 5. Suddenly the programme feels much more achievable.

Best of luck with W6R1. It seems to catch a few people out as you have an interval back in the middle of running. Just take it slow and steady and youโ€™ll do great ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Yes I saw that and thought ahh il be ok with this and hoping I am not sure thing Iโ€™ll repeat a run if Iโ€™m not x
