W3R1 - I did it...!! 😃

I thought it was going to be a struggle suddenly running for 3 minutes...but, I managed it and it actually wasn’t bad.

At the beginning I wasn’t properly listening to Jo and so started running and finished the first run with ease...!

I said to my daughter, that was the quickest 3 minutes of my life...! Mum, she said, you ran 90 seconds, you haven’t done 3 minutes 😂.

The last minute of the last 3 minute run was tough, but I feel so good I achieved it.

Thank you for all the encouragement 😃 I might actually be looking forward ‘a little bit’ to my next run’ 😉

Well done for coming so far!

I did the very same thing, only when I thought I ran for 5 minutes and it was a 3 minute run! I was so pleased with myself! I thought, that wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be!!!! Then I realised!!!!! Before I started the plan, I couldn’t even run upstairs- now I’m on week 8, running 28 minutes!!!

But keep on with the plan! You’ll be amazed when you look back on your progress! The sense of achievement is fantastic!

Well done again!

It’s not just me then, that’s good to know 😊

Thank you, that gives me hope and another incentive not to give up...!!

Week 8 feels like a long way to go, but week 3 at the beginning felt unachievable.

I’ve bit tried running up the stairs, I find walking up a struggle still...so hoping I shall get fitter and fitter and my knees will also get that way.

Your encouragement certainly helps 😀 x

Good Job! I remember my absolute fear about moving up from 1.5 mins to 3 mins. I spoke to my sister who had done it previously and she said I will get there and I did. Keep up the good work!
