Cant say it was my most enjoyable run, felt hard work, heavy legs, sluggish. It didnt beat me though I still finished it
Which proves to me how my mental strength has improved, I'm so pleased that I've noticed that, when I find it hard I can still dig deep. Its as if you need these hard times to confirm to yourself that yes it's hard but yes you can do it
3 runs left π³π

It was warm out there this morning and the air quality didnβt feel that good.
Only 2 more runs, then Graduation! I read somewhere that heavy legs can be a symptom of poor hydration, but maybe it was just one of those runs that we all have now and then. You did it thoughπ
Make sure you have plenty of water the day before your next run. Now the runs are longer, itβs more important than ever. Good luck with WEEK 9!!! π
Thank you, I need to be more aware of my water intake especially as its warmer at the moment.
Now I've had time to reflect, the fact it was hard has not bothered me. I understand now some good days some not so good. I did it and that's what matters. π
Itβs funny but when we start week 1 we can never imagine getting here but you have just got on with it.. ticking off the runs as you go
I couldnβt be more proud of you- you came here with no confidence having tried this before and not completed it but here you are smashing thru the weeks and youβre sounding so much more determined πππ
I canβt wait to read your last 2 runs, and then for your graduation run you need to push the boat out!... itβs such an emotional run, everything youβve worked so hard towards... you deserve to treat yourself and you most definitely need a keepsake if it all ππ
This last week or 2 I've really noticed a difference in my mental strength. Thats not to say I wont still dip in and out of down times or suffer with my confidence but realising that I am capable is a lovely feeling. However much I struggled this morning or found it hard I absolutely knew I was stopping
I've been doing just 2 runs a week instead of 3 which seems to suit me at the moment so I'm sticking with that.
