Week 9 run 3

Yes! Actually completed the whole 9 week program and feel incredibly proud of myself. When I started this I couldn’t see me getting to the end of the course as at that point my personal best at 100m was about 60 metres lol.

I feel much more positive about myself as a result of which I’ve gone from wearing large/x-large clothing to small/x small in just a few months. There is no magic pill for losing weight it just takes hard work when exercising and dedication. I found that running helped stop the snacking I was doing as I knew that any extra weight I put on I would just have to carry with me next time I ran.

Good luck to everyone still doing the course. Keep at it and push on, if I can do it you all can too!

Congratulations on your graduation, that is brilliant !

You're spot on when you say it takes some determination to get through, but you have seen already the physical and mental health benefits.

Time to celebrate now, and wish you continued happy running.

A big thank you for sharing your positivity and motivation with us here. I remember you telling me to Go for it a few runs back (I was knackered and asking for advice) and I genuinely smiled through the whole 30 mins thinking I got this!!
