Done!

Still dragging my behind out the door on a morning....!

Still absolutely dreading the interruption to my music as that means she's about to say it's time to run again...

Major shock this morning when i learnt of the 3 min runs (i thought it was 2 mins!)

BUT I've done it (i know i can as ive done it before!) So, mind over matter! And anyone who's unsure if you can do it ... Yes, you can! X

Yes you can. I’m only a week ahead of you and completed Week 4 Run 1 this morning. I too feel the dread when she says it’s time to run again but I never thought 3 weeks ago that I would able to run for 16 mins and run for 5 mins without stopping (twice). Keep going 🎉

We all totally can do it. It does get better too. I found wk3 really tough, I had sore knees and had to repeat for three weeks to build them up. Now I’m about to embark on wk6 and I look forward to each run.

Just relax... start slow and stay slow... the gremlins dislike confident relaxed runners..:) Well done you!

Why dread any part of this hugely empowering, life changing programme?

I assume you are doing this voluntarily.............so relax and enjoy it.
