Yes you can. I’m only a week ahead of you and completed Week 4 Run 1 this morning. I too feel the dread when she says it’s time to run again but I never thought 3 weeks ago that I would able to run for 16 mins and run for 5 mins without stopping (twice). Keep going 🎉
We all totally can do it. It does get better too. I found wk3 really tough, I had sore knees and had to repeat for three weeks to build them up. Now I’m about to embark on wk6 and I look forward to each run.
