So darn pleased that the day I've been anticipating for quite a while now, has arrived and I completed Week9 Run3 after not doing any exercise for many years and turning 64 in June. My family have been incredibly encouraging and this forum is amazing! Really looking forward to getting my graduation badge and deciding on next 'steps'!
