Well done on completing week 4 run 1.

You can do this , just keep the runs slow so you could speak full sentences without gasping for breath ! πŸ˜πŸ‘

The important bit of your post is "I did it".

Well done, enjoy the sense of achievement and satisfaction, and good luck with the upcoming runs. :)

I’ve just finished W4 R3 this morning and honestly, it gets easier. You just get into the rhythm and it kind of becomes easier not to do the walks

......... fingers crossed I still feel like that in W5!

Go for it you can do it πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

That's how it's supposed to work. Each run is supposed to push you a bit further to improve your abilities. And you did it!

It seems we're at the same stage so I was so happy to see your post. Did my first run of week 4 today and I'm gutted to say I was so close but didn't quite manage it all. Had to stop 1 minute from the end of the last 5 minutes of running, even after taking everyone's advice to just slow down and keep going. I definitely hear you, 5 minutes seems like an age! Well done to you for completing the run and best of luck with the rest of week 4 πŸ™‚πŸ‘

The good thing is that you did more than the last run and you went out there and ran today. You can do this πŸ‘πŸ»

πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» well done you completed it and will have improved your stamina. I finished mine this morning and surprised myself with actually enjoying it. Kept repeating Jo’s mantra β€œ I love running” and concentrated on my breathing and the scenery. Hope I feel like this on Tuesday r2 lol πŸ˜‚

Well Done!!! Just keep going. You are totally smashing this πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Š. I keep reminding myself that I couldn’t run for toffee 3 weeks ago and now I am enjoying it - even in the rain β˜”οΈ

Keep going and we will all manage this together.

I found every week really challenging - i completed the course 12th July and I run 5k twice a week now. I was exactly where you are now. Believe in the programme - and believe in yourself, I think most of it is mental, physically you always have extra to give. Running is about getting outside of your head. You’ve done awesome so far!
