So after a week off (no excuse...just busy) I have just completed Week 4 Run 1 😀
I actually laughed when she said "ok you're halfway" because my legs were killing me but I did it!! Never jogged for a full 5 minutes before so proud of myself that I jogged for 16mins overall yay!! It's getting easier but I'm still hot, red faced & my legs are so tight haha! Xx

You have the right attitude for sure! The fact you didn’t give in to the gremlins means you know you can do it again. Gremlin slaying is a great skill to have - and you have it! 😀
I graduated on August 10th (the date is etched in my mind, I was so proud!) and this weekend is my first parkrun! So excited! 🏃♀️😀🏃♀️😀🏃♀️

I’ve enjoyed reading your posts. I am starting week 4 on Monday, having done w3 r3 today. I found it tough and I nearly stopped on the second 3 min run. Looking forward to Monday...and not!
