Six weeks ago I would never have imagined running for 25mins without a raging rabid dog chasing me - but I just went and blooming well managed it!!!
Gremlins were trying to put me off going out this evening but Ollie needed walked and after a tough week (with 1 more joyful day to go!!!) I couldnβt put it off another night. So Off we went up the hill for the first 12 1/2 mins then down the hill for the rest. I feel like a bit of a cheat running downhill at the end but I had a cheesy grin on my face at the end and felt great!!
I even got a well done from hubby when I got home π.
Bring on week 7!!!!

Congratulations and welcome to the Week 7 Club! Running downhill is perfectly valid especially as you have to run uphill to enjoy the benefits of running the down part. Iβve been doing exactly that all the way. Well done!
Well done you! Iβm doing week 6 run 3 a little bit later on today. I donβt want to write down how Iβm actually really feeling about running 25 minutes as Iβm trying to channel positive thoughts!!!!! Uphill for 12 1/2 mins is v. impressive in my books (I try to work out flattish routes)!!!! You should have a very big smile π for most of the day - congrats
