I finally finished W9R3 a few minutes ago. Just had to say straight away before doing anything else, I am so pleased with myself. πππ. What do I do about graduating? Could someone tell me please thank you.
Also reading other people's stories and seeing that we are all going through the same things each week gave me motivation to carry on. So thank you everyone. (From a very red dripping thingπ π )

Well done. I am also red and dripping and wondering why I am sat in front of the computer instead of getting in the shower. I blame Gloria Garmin, who insists on being plugged into the pooter before I am allowed to do anything else!
Bask in the glory and treat yourself to a long glass of water!
Well done, this is a huge achievement!!! I only just started I'm w2r2, struggling with breathing at the moment, my reward will be taking part in the Brighton colour run in October... And I'd like to take part in Park run..
Anyway, back to you... You are amazing and should feel very proud of yourself.. I'm struggling already!! Xx
Jammy500 I struggled with my breathing to begin with, and still do sometimes when I go too fast. Just go slow at a comfortable pace don't worry about distance it's the time that's important eg run for 2 mins although I've finished I only cover 4k not 5.
Wahay! Zippy di doo da zippy di ay, my oh my what a wonderful day. Tra la la
Well done and many congratulations on your fabbo Graduation. Have a lovely rest of the day basking in your C25k glory. Plan and daydream about your next steps and where your running might lead. It's all in front of you now, opening up all possibilities. Make the most of them and enjoy your running. It's fab!
Congratulations ! I hope that your water will be followed by some champagne to celebrate. You can revel in your achievement and think about what next? Hope to be in your happy state in a week.
