So last week I found running 60seconds so hard and was going to repeat the week but I followed advice on here not to. Did W2R2 today and definitely found it a bit easier easier however I'm not getting further in 9 mins run than in 8 mins last week! Anyone else find this?

I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry about distance or speed. The plan is designed to build your stamina and the rest will come from there. Trust the plan - you've got this
