I had to post as I’m so proud!!! I know for many reaching week 3 might not be a success point, but considering I wasn’t able to get through week 1 run 1 initially, I am very happy!! Also extra proud I got up at 6am to do it, as I now have an all day dental appointment to contend with. Still not going at more than a snails pace- I hope that’s ok!! - just so happy I have got to week 3!
Hope you all have a brilliant day!!

Thank you!!! I’m so glad you’ve said this- I got overtaken by a few others out so early- nobody else was as slow as me! I’m so happy to hear I’m not alone and thank you for your support!! ❤️
Oh excellent 445600 - how did you find run 1? I actually found it slightly better than I’d anticipated, although the first 3 min run felt like forever 🤣 the second 3 min run was a little better! I’m also finding the nausea is lasting for a shorter period when I’m finished- so happy days all around! Interestingly I did realise I didn’t travel quite as far during this run compared to week 2...which doesn’t seem to make sense? I must really be going slowly!!
Well done 👏. Every run you do is a success. I go out at 6 am as well, its quiet and peaceful 😌. Hope all goes well at the dentists x
Thank you so much!! 6am is lovely isn’t it- before a lot of the rest of the country are up and out! And thank you!!! I’m half way through a 6 hour appointment... 😬 thank you so much for your support and wishes!! ❤️ Hope you’re having an excellent day!!
