Week 3 run 1 done 😁 it was a little harder but was amazed by how quick the session went by. I woke up planning routes in my head and I'm in the bath now looking forward to the next one! 😂

Also got weighed yesterday and lost a couple of pounds, I'm doing c25k and have stopped eating rubbish, I'm finding the diet part of it harder than the exercise to be honest 🤣
