Great effort- each week just as hard as you make it, you get to choose fast/slow and hills/flat. Slow and steady wins every time though as it gets you to the end. Happy running

I’m loving week 4! R2 completed this morning and can’t wait till next run day on Saturday! There’s something quite wonderful about running in this cold dark drearie weather! Have a great running week 👍

How are the new shoes going
Ok, if a bit weird, as I went up a size (as recommended) so they look like boats on me. But they fit great 🤔 Waterproof should come in handy if the current weather is anything to go by ☔️🌧💦
Do they recommend to go up one size ?
Well I’ve read it a few times in various running website, I can’t remember if it says so in the How to post on here. And Decathlon recommend it in their blurb. I think it’s because feet can swell when running - just call me big foot!
