Just completed week 1 run 3. It was harder than I thought but feel great I have finished it. I am suffering with shin splints but otherwise feel good. Roll on week 2

Well done on completing Week 1. Youre off and running ! :-)

Take care with those shins, take a couple more rest days if necessary . I read on here that if you put a couple of tea towels in the freezer and then put them on your shins, it will help ease the pain.
