Really enjoyed it today unlike Saturdays week 6 run 1... not sure what happened there, but glad I was back on form and in the right headspace today πŸ˜€

You will. I was so high when I finished my w7r1. Just go slow get a pace and good music and you’ll feel like you can run forever.

Well done you! I find hydration the key. I’m just one run ahead of you and found the 25min easier than the one you have just done but I focussed on making sure I drank plenty the day before (and not just wine!) Onwards and upwards!

You’ve done is the main thing. I had been loving every run until I got to Wk9 R1 and I was blah, scared me that I lost my mojo. But I suppose we get days like that.
