Another one in the bag

Been for a rather muddy run this morning and i feel great! 🏃🏼‍♀️🐕, ted not to impressed to be locked in the kitchen till he has dried out lol and really not happy to be washed down wen we got back 😂. My run felt very refreshing this morning gettingbout into the cooler air now things are changing, i was met with a hurdle to jump half way through my run which i wasn't expecting lol... Yes you have guessed it, ted stopped dead in front of me, i had no were to go, no time to think or stop it was jump or fall 😂🐕 luckly i made the jump!! Lol. Im looking forward to my next run on Wednesday, i am also looking forward to seeing all the autum leaves, i have never run in autumn and winter before its always been spring and summer.
