Was dreading doing 20 mins as seemed a jump from 2 X 8 mins plus I've finished 2 night shifts yesterday so wasn't sure how I'd be. I loved it, so much so I ran an extra minute (I was going downhill) but felt like I could have run much longer. it felt strange going from running to walking! I'm looking forward to next week now 😀🏃

Great when you allow the body to do what it knew it could do all along.

Great run !

Great to have that milestone run under your belt.

Watch out for W6R1, it catches out the unwary.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Did run 1 today. I found the walking bit frustrating. Is this normal?

Well done! I’ve just started week 5 and still can’t see how I will do 20 minutes by the end of the week.

I thought that. I didn't look at run 3 until I'd done run 1 assuming they were all the same. That's when I started panicking. You'll be fine I'm sure. Keep it steady and good luck.
