well i had planned to go out on saturday morning and even though run2 was ok the thought of 20 mins running was a bit daunting. Now have plans for weekend and didn't want to miss my run so went out at 5 this morning and did it, and i have to say it was brilliant. Can't tell you how pleased i am to have done it, if you'd told me 5 weeks ago i could run for 20 minutes without stopping i would have laughed myself silly!
Looking forward to week 6 now and can't stop smiling!!
