I will finish week 9 of C25K this week and want to ask what did everyone do after to carry on with getting fitter and running? Also what apps did you use?
I would ideally like something like the C25K app as I like something to work towards which is already structured out.

Hey, I haven't looked in to it much but I've heard good things abotu the Nike Run Club programmes.
I've used the Nike Run Club app to do 4km runs (you download a specific run for various distances) and found that particular coach pretty good as they tell you your distance and when they'll be back to talk to you rather than telling you how long you've got left which I've found much better for motivation.
