I'm on week 9 of c25k and panicking what to do after...can anyone recommend a good app to go to 10k, i know I need to consolidate for a few weeks after c25k but i feel like im going to miss the direction given by the app telling me what to do and when? Anyone else felt the same? I've seen plans for bridge to 10k on paper etc but feel like i need someone in my ear telling me exactly what to do 🙈

The usual thing to do for the first few weeks after graduation is to consolidate at the 30 minutes level. You can use the C25K app for that.
After consolidation you could follow ju ju's magic 10 plan

When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.
If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
One option is to have one or two 'free' runs a week where you just run on your own initiative to get used to it, and one or two runs with an app. I just re-used the early weeks from the c25k app, but instead of walking I jogged very slowly, and when the voice said Run I picked up the pace.
