I actively stopped myself from previewing this run or reading posts about it. I knew it had something to do with a 20 minute run but I was expecting 2 runs of 10 minutes each with a recovery walk in between. 😀.. So imagine my shock when I saw the short outline...😩...but I did it. The last 5 minutes were the hardest but I kept going..feel like a runner now😀😀😀. Will repeat this run a couple of times to see if those last 5 minutes get better before moving on to wk6. Have a great week everyone. (Btw, is there an app that will just log the running sections, for now I use MMW which logs both walking and running).

I wouldn’t repeat. You did it! That is what counts. Week 6 will seem a breeze. Well done you! Happy dance!
Well run.
Strava has a setting which is supposed to detect when you stop running by impact detection. However, it’s not a reliable app at the moment.
But I expect if this is available on Strava, it’s available on all of them.
I think you should carry straight through to W6, then there’s just two more interval runs. After those, it’s an easy matter of starting the recording app at the moment you begin running and stopping it the moment you stop running. That’s what I do now. 🙂
As Rosie said.
Well done! You don't need to repeat the run, you find it and even if it was hard, you completed it! I would crack on!
No real need to repeat, but if you want to that's OK, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K,.
Thank you all for your responses, I don’t usually post on forums but I’m finding the support and advice on here invaluable. So, on I go to wk6 tomorrow 😀
I agree with the others - onwards! When you get to running non stop you can use strava. My method was to get the music on, open strava, start the c25k app then once the running segment starts press record on strava. All these apps will work in the background.
