WK5R3 confuses!

i’m a little bit surprised to see that tomorrow’s run, is 20 minutes of running? I had a look at the week six run one, and that is back to something like eight minutes of running, is that correct? I thought if anything my runtimes would be going up ?

It's a while back for me but I think if you look, the total time spent running in week 6 will be what is increasing, Many people find this return to intervals quite hard after the uninterrupted bliss(!) and success of Week 5's 20 min run! I remember hating week 6 mentally and was glad to get back to the ever increasing runs. Stick with it though and trust the programme - it will all come together in the end! Good luck!

The first run of W6 can catch some people out though, so take it slowly. Good luck with W5R3, I’m sure you’ll be fine 👍😁

Just be careful with runs 1 and 2 of week 6, run 3 is back to running non stop, but first of all good luck for run 3 of week 5. 🏃🏾 👍

W6R1 is NOT 8 minutes of running... it's 18! So only a little bit shorter than W5R3 ...

Week6 builds on everything you've done so far and and W6R2 sees the last time that you'll have a walking break.... and then it's continuous running all the way to W9R3 :-)
