I can't believe I did it, 20 minutes non stop running. Mentally it was a real ..can I ..cant I moment. Even as I was dressing to run I was telling myself this is the very point that will prove I will never be a runner, running is not for the likes of me. I had myself totally convinced . But I was wrong, I just kept running for 20 whole minutes and I loved every moment of it. On my way back to the farm I caught up with the sheep just in time to be useful and turn them down towards their new grazing fields. I was the one skipping and jumping instead of the lambs!

I am delighted, Im still skipping around like our lambs! You are quite right it is a psychological turning point. Loving it and I can honestly honestly say if it wasn't for the encouragement of fellow C25Ks, graduates and the experienced I would not have come this far
I couldnβt agree more. I really enjoy running by myself, but it is so lovely to share the experience with everyone here, to be encouraged & do the same for others- all good stuff. π
Loved every moment! What a great way to complete the W5R3 milestone. Well done you and you have hills to contend with. Brilliant!

Well done! I am doing this one tomorrow. I am taking your success as my encouragement! You and several others commented after my (near) melt-down last week and those messages kept me going....so Thanks and keep up the good work!
Well done. I did that one last week and it was far and away my toughest one yet. Still got that great feeling though. Good, isnβt it?
So inspirational! Well done, you should be humungously proud of yourself, oldladyruns! πππ
So fab that you did that but still had breath to help with lambs and didn't want to collapse in a heap - bet you never thought you'd still be so fresh and actually enjoy the run. Thanks for posting, feel inspired now.
That's amazing - I have found it a bit easier than I expected but I have been quite lucky with weather and being able to be flexible about when I run. And I don't have the hills you have!! I would find those very hard. Today looks tough with wind, rain and cold and W4R2 to do.....
