Wk5R3 and the Sheep Traffic Jam

I can't believe I did it, 20 minutes non stop running. Mentally it was a real ..can I ..cant I moment. Even as I was dressing to run I was telling myself this is the very point that will prove I will never be a runner, running is not for the likes of me. I had myself totally convinced . But I was wrong, I just kept running for 20 whole minutes and I loved every moment of it. On my way back to the farm I caught up with the sheep just in time to be useful and turn them down towards their new grazing fields. I was the one skipping and jumping instead of the lambs!

Fantastic! Those views are spectacular, they must help you through the run!

Jullaly profile image
JullalyGraduateβ€’ in reply toBells411

Most of the time the view helps enormously however you can get blasted by the wind and rain a little more often than lower lying areas , not to mention the hills! lol

That's amazing - I have found it a bit easier than I expected but I have been quite lucky with weather and being able to be flexible about when I run. And I don't have the hills you have!! I would find those very hard. Today looks tough with wind, rain and cold and W4R2 to do.....
