I have just started the 3rd WK of my couch to 5k journey I have to say I got really upset after my 1st run of WK 3 as I completed it, is that normal is it just endorphins?

From reading your bio, it sounds like you have a lot going on to deal with si not surprising you feel emotional after your runs !

I think running can be quite interesting and release a lot of emotions. Because running sort of empties your mind, it may be that everything else going on in your life can kind of spill out at the end of a run. Plus you put a lot of physical and mental effort into running. Maybe that spilling out of emotions will actually have been a positive thing in the end. You achieved a lot, so be proud!
I don’t know. I got emotional on R5w3. Not sure why!? Wk6 I felt a natural high of achievement. And had energy off the scale. So a build up maybe?

Think it was about week7or8 when i had an emotional run. Couldn’t figure out why. But running has become a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me 🤔it seems to get us all in different ways x
