Either it's my very young age, (49), or I am completely losing it 😂😂
It's only dawned on me right now, when i was about to create this post, that I thought, which wk am I on? This also dawned on me when I commenced my run tonight and 3 minutes through wk 5, run 1, I thought, haven't I done Wk 5 in total?
So, I stopped the podcast and thought I must have done Wk 5. So I started on wk 6 : R 1. 🤔
I completed run 1 and although tiring, I felt quite chuffed. I am still unsure whether I've done wk 5, run 2 and 3 as I have not uploaded them.
If this is the case, will it matter that I've jumped 2 runs of week 5? I honestly can't recall. My 2nd run this week should have been Wednesday, but I was unable to do that run.
My guessing is that I've have skipped the 2nd and 3rd run of wk 5.
Wk 6 : R 1 was challenging, but surprisingly, I seemed to have coped well. This isn't me showing off as I wouldn't be like that, me, the one who couldn't run for half a minute, let alone for 1 minute.
Will I have done any damage to future wks?
So chuffed I've done it either way. 8 minutes seemed to drag, then it sped up.
