Hi all👋🏻

I did my run today and it went very well again😊 Im really getting into it and can’t wait for my next run which I’m going to do tomorrow, then it’s onto week 3 on Monday👍🏻

Well done! Don't forget to have a day's rest between runs though as your body needs time to adjust and also to avoid any injuries. There's plenty of time so you don't need to race to the end of the course. Slow and steady gets you there strong and well. I'm only just learning to pace myself! We're all here to cheer you on. 🏃‍♀️
