Was starting to worry after the last 4 or so runs that I'd reached my limit! Week 6 was horrible and W7R1 not much better. But turns out you really do just have to keep going - I dont want to hear any "I told you so"s π
Today was much better, felt a bit easier all the way rather than a constant struggle. Even had a bit of gas in the tank to pick up the pace a little for the last not-quite-a-whole-minute! And also think I covered EVER so slightly more distance. π₯³
However, doing anything else at all with the rest of my evening may be a challenge! π΄

I wouldn't say ' I told you so. Reason being it's ok someone telling you to slow down or the next run will be ok. It's not until you actually get a run that feels so much better you realise it for yourself. Well done you ππ
