Well done one competing your run πŸ‘

Don't worry about run 3 .

Only difference is the brisk walk section in the middle is actually a run πŸ˜πŸ‘

You will be fine !

Thx - I’m hoping I will be ok as I actually think I walk quicker than I slog (my new word for slow jogging πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ)πŸ˜€

Well done, you’re quite right to be proud! Don’t worry about run 3, I remember fretting about it quite a lot too, but it ended up being my favourite run, and lightbulb β€˜blimey, I can do this’ moment. πŸ˜€ enjoy!

Remember that W5R2 is a minute longer than W5R3. You can do it!

Go Caroline, well done! Try hard not to spend the next 48h dreading R3..! You could treat it as though it’s a practice run in your mind. Turn those nerves into excitement! If you weren’t to see it through, so what? You try it again πŸ™‚

If you did W5R2 ok, you will find r3 alot easier. Just go at a slow pace and build up if you feel comfortable πŸ˜‰

Well done!!! Reading all these run 2 posts makes me want to get out there today as it's sunny but I need that rest so I'm ready for tomorrow 😁.
