Well I have just finished c25k this morning, I will admit those last 5 minutes are a real struggle for me, 20 mins is my optimum and what I think I will build on for now, but so pleased as 9 weeks ago I couldn't do all the 1 min runs!!

Well done - you've graduated! After graduation I concentrated on building distance up to 5k rather than time but everyone has their own way to approach things. There is another thread for people that are continuing to build on what they have achieved although it is good to post on this one as well to show those just starting it is achievable.
Congratulations! Iβve 2 runs left and feel very similar to you. The last 10 mins go on forever. Good luck in your next running challenge

I, too, felt ok for 20mins when I finished the program - someone suggested that I slackened off my pace a bit & it made me much more comfortable. Try running slower than you need to, ( a feeling of βI could go faster, but I am choosing not to β) and see if you feel better.
