Yep i done it, Thought i never would but i did !!!!
Like many on here i thought i'd never do it. I have a slipped disc in my back that ive had for years and i also suffer from Arthritis although that it pretty much under control for now. It would be easy to make excuses not to try the run because of these factors but thats not me. If a see a problem i kick it were it hurts πͺ
At the beginning W1R3 i had to redo it because i couldn't even complete 60 seconds. Now i feel like i could comfortably run 40 mins if i wanted to without laying on the grass to recover π€£
All i can say is most of us have probably had doubts at some point in the program, We all have "stuff" going on but stick with it and you can and will do it. You'll feel better physically and mentally !!
For anyone starting out well done for starting and good luck & for anyone completing well done and enjoy the high it gives you.
So now whats next. Well a two day rest and im skipping the Banana today and having a celebratory Sausage Sandwich, Thats the plan Laura App so deal with it ! ππ
