Yay I made it to the end!!! Never ever could have imagined I would get this far!! Took me three attempts at the couch to 5k plan over the last few years but I have just graduated and it feels amazing!! Shaved 45 seconds off my PB, currently at just under 43 mins but I know I can get quicker 😀😛 so for anyone not sure if they will make it, you can 🙌🏻 I did, and just got my BMI out of the obese range so it’s possible even if you are a bit heavy 👍🏻 yayyaayyay for running!!!
