Thank you Laura and everyone involved in this fab program, NHS couch to 5K. I never believed I could run!!!! I'm so looking forward to reading other blogs, sharing suggestions and improving on my running - a new hobby for the rest of my life. THANK YOU!!!
My biggest challenge was week 5. I did each podcast in week 5, 3 times a week. So even though it's taken me more than 9 weeks, I'm really pleased as I did not want to push myself otherwise I would've lost my motivation. So to all newcomers, remember, if you have to repeat any podcast, just do it! And log it.
After each run, I put a smiley face on my calender and logged which podcast and week I was on. It really helped me to keep track of my progress. I really look forward to each run and still do the smiley faces on the calender! Good Luck! If I can do it, anybody can!!!!!
