Iβm hearing you on the slow running and the difficulty of WK 6. Did run 2 this morning. Slowly ( tap tap!) and am a little anxious that thereβs 4 x 25 mins ahead of me BUT just a few weeks ago I couldnβt do the 60 secs so I will do what Iβve been doing-tape my knee up, show up , listen to Laura and the wonderful BBC 6!

Well done. Iβm loving the slow running too but I think made a mistake w W5R3 and went too fast (I mean not fast fast but a bit quicker than v v slow) πππ wont be doing that again
