W7r1 completed and it felt great. I slowed down a little and tried to just enjoy. I think I actually run better and find it easier in the evening than first thing in the morning. I avoided my usual alley ways and took the main road as it was dark and I'm not quick enough to run away from potential kidnappers, they would release me quickly as I talk too much. I also may have got a bit high on weed fumes as I'm sure the one street I ran down they were all smoking it, we all know that smell!
Anyway it felt great to just run, dare I say I may have had more in me to run a little longer than the 25 mins but I didn't want to show off and I trust the programme.
Thanks everyone for your encouragement and support, I do however have 2 more runs this week to fit in around shifts including a night so watch this space 😉😊😍

Good to hear you are enjoying this week after a tricky start last week, though by the sound if it your route helped!! Xx 🤣😂. Golly, week 7 - time is flying, just like you. Well done Beckyboo.
Do u know what I was very hungry after run, I ate dinner after and then had a mince pie, some nuts and a few celebrations, gosh it's been a couple of decades since I could say I had the munchies 🤣🤣🤣
Well done Beckyboo, I’m so pleased u had a great run, sounds like it’s perked u up!!! I did my run this morning but unfortunately felt a little twinge at the top of my thigh. Hopefully after a rest day tomorrow I’ll be good to go on Wednesday. Xx
I’m doing this run later today, after work. I think I’m with you on running in the evening. Let’s see how I get on but we’ll done you - that’s another one under your belt!!
