Now I’ve completed 0-5k I keep listening to week 9 over and over to keep me motivated and to make sure I do 30 mins. But as lovely as Laura is can anyone suggest an app to move on to so that I can consolidate my joggling. I’m still very slow so not really looking to go further distance atm.

Try the Nike running club app !
It also has guided runs of different distances 🙂

Not an app, but after C25k graduation I am consolidating with the NHS 12 week fitness programme at nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1....
I am at week 8 at present and this has given me a good structure and patience during consolidation. (I have replaced all runs with consolidation runs)
So if you didn’t to the Str & Fl podcast during C25k, this might be a good choice. But it is low level workouts (which are good for me but possibly not energetic enough for others)
There is even a Strength & Flex forum on Health Unlocked, in case you find this helps.
