So, I ran for 10 minutes and then needed to walk for 3 minutes-although at a pace that meant I still overtook a pair of walkers 👣
Then ran again for 7 minutes.
I am literally gasping for breath whilst I’m running. I’ve realised that I never breath in through my nose then out through my mouth! I tried it during my 5 minute warm down walk and struggled to breathe 😳
I’m going to repeat week 5 whilst working on my breathing technique. I feel positive about it as I’ve learnt from each run I’m doing 🏃🏽♀️
