Really struggled to do the whole 20 mins run so disappointed but did manage 15 mins which is ok I suppose 🤷♀️

What made you stop at 15 mins? What were you physically feeling or was it a mental thing?
I think a bit of both as away at a caravan on a little family break so over indulging with food + drink so effecting physical and also unfamiliar surroundings for my run so feeling quite wary about that too. I shall conquer this run when back on home ground......💪🏃♀️💪

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
