I completed my final week 5 run this morning and I am super pleased with myself. It was tough but what helped me was this forum and remebering the comments that said it's a mental thing rather than physical. I was physically ready but I just had to overcome my doubts. I found the time between 5-11 minutes the hardest. Before and after that was manageable. So glad I paced myself and slowed it right down.
Bring on week 6!

This carefully thought out and well-timed, well-placed encouraging comment about when one might be able to call one's self a runner seems not to be benefitting from the ingenious thinking that went into it.
Congratulations to you Mwuahaha on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
